UPDATE:  Friday estimate of homes destroyed is 350.  Two dead.  No firefighters killed.  Obama appeared at the scene Friday and promised all the Federal aid possible, which turns out to be not that much.  For additional sarcasm about the President’s visit, see Michelle Malkin‘s blog today.
